Realms of Kar'Kaish

As the activity for the RoKK Council is rather (or extremely) poor at the moment, Doom_Cow_God shall be promoted into the RoKK Council.

Furthermore, Bronkor and MidgetNinja are in danger of losing their council positions, although Bronkor moreso than MidgetNinja due to his seeming disinterest in the project itself.
