Personally bronk... i would say that has something to do, with not being satisfied in a current relationship, dwelling on a past one, or have doubts about the legitimacy of either, "not getting what you payed for" so to speak, id say you are dealing with a conscious/unconscious bout of distrust/paranoia, you may want to look at things that have been going on recently, and evaluate how you feel about the things that have happened, or what other people have done/said... but im not a therapist... so i suggest you take that with a metric ton of salt...

Sexual frustration can lead to those sorts of dreams, or perhaps your subconscious was just feeling rather floosie at the moment.

I have a habit of completely changing topic when I have dreams like that. It's entertaining as well as utterly random.
